As we head into more winter-like weather, let me just remind everyone that if we decide to cancel classes, I will notify you several ways: I’ll send a Remind text notification (text @hsjs502 to 81010 if you’re not signed up), post it on our Facebook page, and I’ll list the closing on WDRB-TV/Snow Fox/Channel 41 under High School of Jewish Studies. And please remember that since we meet at different times, The Temple, LBSY, and HSJS all make their closing decisions independently (although we do confer with each other); which is to say that if The Temple or LBSY cancels classes it DOES NOT necessarily mean that HSJS will be cancelled.
